Electrohome 701 Retro-Engineered Stereo Console

Electrohome Consoles were made in Canada, and were some of the most forward-designed consoles of the era.  This model - the 701 is a personal favorite of ours, and features a roll-up tambour aperture across the front and top. The walnut cabinet is in beautiful condition and will add to the look of any interior space. The back is finished so the piece can be floated at the center of the space.  

Dimensions:  62" wide, 25" tall, 24" deep.  

Retro-Engineering Process Includes:

• Installation of modern 3-way speakers, turntable, and wi-fi enabled, house calibrated solid-state amplifier, with controls routed through the original control panel for an authentic tactile experience. 
  • Wi-Fi streaming for Spotify Connect, Apple Airplay, Tidal, and other streaming services.
  • Bluetooth for quick connection.
  • Optical Input capable of connecting your tv, Xbox Series X, Playstation 5, Blu-Ray Player, modern cd player, and more.
  • **Sonos integration available for $1,250 additional.
  • ***Radio Tuner will no longer function as part of retro-engineering process.

Retrofitting process will be done upon purchase and will take 6-8 weeks to complete.  Shipping takes 2-4 weeks from completion of cabinet.
