OUR PROCESS:
If you are looking for an upholstery shop in Kansas City, we are conveniently located in the West Bottoms, adjacent to downtown Kansas City. If you need upholstery in Kansas City, in Overland Park, or states away, we are your people.
We start with you filling out the inquiry form below, and potentially a phone call to get a sense of your desired outcome. We require pictures of the pieces and details to understand the time and effort that will go into a piece. Ideally, we see the piece in person, your home, or brought into our shop.
We will talk with you, provide additional context, and a quote for the labor along with a rough timeframe. Once you've decided to move forward, we collect a 50% deposit, plus any applicable taxes. We can then select fabric. We have in-stock options, or we can order upholstery fabric from a number of manufacturers like Knoll and Herman Miller. The cost of upholstery fabric is additional to the upholstery labor.
Once the project is completed, the balance is due. We will coordinate shipping and delivery as needed.
